• We offer three options for shipment – 5 Days, 3 Days and 2 Day delivery methods.
• Delivery times may vary depending upon multiple considerations including

  3. Timeliness of your response to our verification calls/emails
  4. Availability of item in our stock

COSMETICS AND SKINCARE PRODUCT TAKE UPTO 7 DAYS TO SHIP

If all information is accurate and products are in stock, orders received before 12:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day and rest next to next business day.

Our business days are Monday to Friday except holidays.

• All free shipping offers are restricted to continental US, including free shipping on orders of $100.00 and above, and use 5 Day delivery method
• We use real time shipping rates from our contracted shipper
• Please ensure the following while ordering for timely and accurate shipping.
  1. Your Billing and Shipping Zip codes are accurate and city name is spelt correctly.
  2. Your e-mail address and phone number are correct.
  3. You are available to respond to your email / phone in a timely fashion.

Restrictions

• We do not ship using Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).
• We do not do multiple shipping addresses on the same order
• We do not ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO Addresses.

Return Policy:

We accept returns subject to the following conditions

• Return request will be entertained up to 20 days after the purchase date.
• Proper authorization from Beautante.com is mandatory for any refund or credit. All credits and/or refunds are subject to approval by Beautante.com.
• Merchandise should not be opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the plastic cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne box.
• Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee .
• Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return except in the case it is an error on the part of Beautante.com. Please send a copy of all postal and insurance receipts and retain the originals for your records.
• If a coupon or loyalty points were applied toward the payment of your purchase, you will receive a refund or credit for only the portion of the purchase that you were charged for.

In order to return your purchase, please send an email to customercare@beautante.com requesting for a Return Merchandise Authorization number along with a reason for return. Mention your order number in all your communications

Beautante.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Beautante.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
