• We offer three options for shipment – Ground, 3 Days and 2 Day delivery methods.
• Delivery times may vary depending upon multiple considerations including
  1. Billing and shipping address
  2. Payment Verification
  3. Timeliness of your response to our verification calls/emails
  4. Availability of item in our stock

COSMETICS AND SKINCARE PRODUCT TAKE UPTO 7 DAYS TO SHIP

If all information is accurate and products are in stock, orders received before 12:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day and rest next to next business day.

Our business days are Monday to Friday except holidays.

• All free shipping offers are restricted to continental US and use Ground Shipping.
• We use real time shipping rates from our contracted shipper
• Please ensure the following while ordering for timely and accurate shipping.
  1. Your Billing and Shipping Zip codes are accurate and city name is spelt correctly.
  2. Your e-mail address and phone number are correct.
  3. You are available to respond to your email / phone in a timely fashion.

Restrictions

• We do not ship using Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).
• We do not do multiple shipping addresses on the same order
• We do not ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO Addresses.
